DAY 1: BOARD

Once you have control of the wing, you'll go onto the water with a board and learn to position the board at a 90-degree angle to the wind. After that, you'll grab the wing and take your first meters while kneeling. You'll be riding a board with side fins and not yet using the hydrofoil. Getting up on the board is the next step to take. You'll learn where to place your feet and how to stand stable on the board with the wing in your hands.

DAY 2: RIDING THE BOARD

In this lesson, you start with a review of riding on the board without the foil. Once you can sail back and forth on a beam reach, we will add the foil underneath. At this point, it’s important for you to learn how to feel your position on the board so you can understand how to maintain your balance on the water and when the board starts to lift.

DAY 3: FLY!

This lesson begins with a review of riding on the board without the foil. After a brief recap of riding on the board, we will add the foil underneath. Now, it’s important for you to learn how to feel your position on the board so you can understand how to maintain your balance on the water and when the board starts to lift. The first time you experience the lift from the foil. This is a phase that can sometimes take a bit longer to master. You’ll notice that once you find your balance, it becomes easier.

DAY 4: FOIL & BALANCE

Now that you have the basics from the first 3 lessons, you will continue with flying over the water. The goal is to get out of the water even more often, and once you're flying, you'll really start to find your balance on the foil. You'll begin to understand what works well and what doesn’t. To truly get up on the foil, it’s important that there is enough wind during this lesson.

DAY 5: TRY & FLY!

You'll head straight into the water with the board and foil to continue where you left off. The goal is to really fly some distance on the foil, and you might even manage to make your first turns on the foil. For this lesson as well, it’s important that there is enough wind to get up on the foil.
